A digital health mobile app that aids care at home

HomeCare is an online health data synchronization App that aims to promote more lucid and timely communications between the doctors, the care team, and family caregivers.

In this project,  I worked closely with a health specialist and converted the health service to digital service by carrying out user research and UX design.
